Swirly steampunk heart

Somebody said it resembles fire. I can’t disagree, really, it sort of does. I was reluctant to use this bead, because I liked other beads more and I wasn’t sure what would come out of it, but the outcome is ok. Well, at least looks better than the bead alone. Available on Etsy.

Cheerful pendant

People said it looked like some planets with their moons. I really don’t remember what I was thinking while making it. Probably that I had never done anything similar :) Lava, lime jade, turquoise and goldstone. Available on Etsy.

Steampunk earrings – amber and brass

These delicate looking earrings most likely can be a great addition to most female steampunk outfits. Silver foil glass beads, amber brown with warmer brown/reddish stripes, wrapped in wire with dangling chain pieces and non-wrapped gears to emphasize the style. I used a lot of chain in these, but it was worth it and looks way better than a single piece of chain. Available on Etsy.

Lots of earrings

I have been quite busy for the past few days (hence no updates), but I still managed to find some time to make some jewellery. I promised myself that I will use all the wire leftovers before I start another bigger project, so I made a few pairs of earrings. They are available in my Etsy shop in the “Steampunk” section.

Would you believe that I’m really trying to stay away from cuteness and heart-shaped beads? All of these came in bead mixes. And now I have to figure out how to make non-cute stuff out of them.
