Various pendants

Some pendants I’ve made recently. I like to experiment a bit, so in these two I used Vintaj Patina to decorate the brass base and a dragon charm. Earthy tones necklace

As usually, assembling the beaded part took me a lot more time than the wire wrapped part, because I kept stringing the beads and dismantling the whole thing all over again until for hours until it looked right. I used fused glass cab for a focal piece, coconut shell beads, lampwork beads, handmade recycled glass beads, some brass plated findings and faux suede cord. Available on Etsy.
Aqua blue and red pendant

I buy a lot of handmade glass, and this time I bought “seconds”, which means some of the cabs had melted together or were chipped or had some other “flaws”. This cab had a tiny red cab melted into it (as seen on the photo), which I loved immediately and decided to use as an advantage and a creative opportunity, as I had beads of the same colour and even the same kind of shiny finish. …
Quartz pendants

One is a teardrop side-drilled bead and the other is a smooth chunk with no drilling. I used smaller beads (garnet, onyx, hematite and others) to decorate. These are mostly freeform, I can’t say what exactly inspired me, I just went on with the wrapping until I was out of wire. Available in my Etsy shop: [pink one] and [clear one].
