Took me several days to complete, because I had to take a break every now and then to make something else – this was somewhat tiring. It’s one of a kind. It even has teeth! :)
Some pendants I’ve made recently.
One of my usual steampunk pendants. I have abandoned them a bit recently, although they are quite popular and I like making them. I must get back to making them more regularly. Available here.
A heart pendant but different than what I usually make. It’s based on a round bead. I’m not sure how that happened, I guess I’m so much used to making heart shaped things, that my hands went on auto pilot here… Available here.
As usually, assembling the beaded part took me a lot more time than the wire wrapped part, because I kept stringing the beads and dismantling the whole thing all over again until for hours until it looked right.
I used fused glass cab for a focal piece, coconut shell beads, lampwork beads, handmade recycled glass beads, some brass plated findings and faux suede cord.
Sixteen new hearts, in many colours and variations.
If you’re beginning to think about ordering something for Christmas/Hannukah gifts already, this is a good time. In December I’m usually too busy to take any more custom orders, also postal service is slow due to snow and lots of packages to be shipped.
The hearts are in my Etsy shop as usual. Also, check out the new “Art” section, with my drawings.
Various colours. Available in my Etsy shop.
