Octocon is in less than two and Gaelcon is in three weeks, so I’m working and making preparations. I wanted to have some new stuff for this years conventions. I will have Cthulhu pins, but people who follow my blog have seen them already. Something entirely new that I’m preparing is dichroic glass cuff links:
These are just four pairs, there will be more. Mostly in cooler shades, like blue and green or ice purple.
There will also be lots of my regular “steampunk” cuff links made of whole tiny watch movements in various shapes:
If you’re not interested in jewellery you’ll be able to buy a piece of my art in a form of a postcard and bring it home with you for framing, sharing or sending:
I will of course bring what I usually sell on conventions: Cthulhu pendants, steampunk jewellery, bracelets, gothic pendants, lots of various shaped and coloured earrings and other fun stuff. If you want to place a special order, now is the best time – I still have some time to prepare it until the conventions.
I’ve been preparing lots of geeky stuff for Octocon for the past two months, and I’d like to share some photos, so you know more or less what to expect. If anybody has any last minute requests, now is the time to say so. (Click the photos to see descriptions).
So far three are confirmed, which means that I’m going to be there for 100% (if nothing unfortunate happens) and sell my steampunk pendants, cthulhus and other nifty stuff:
- @rcade-con, Dublin, July 1 – 3
- Octocon, Dublin, October 15 – 16
- Gaelcon, Dublin, October 28 – 31
See you there!
No new jewellery today, because I’m at the festival. I have some photos, though, and some of other artists’ work.
My plain earrings on a display – you won’t see them in my Etsy shop, I usually give them away as freebies for my customers ;)
